Build Beyond Belief

Got an idea?
Let's build it.

Feels too technical for you or your staff? Good. That is the kind of project I take. I help you check the path, fill the gaps, prototype the hard parts, and coach your people through the messy middle. Hardware, exhibits, facilities, ops.

Flag poles. Museum floors. Ranch work. Microsoft and John Deere engineering behind it. $999 Assessment, then $1,500–$2,000/mo if we keep going.

You have a project that matters, and you cannot hire a full engineering team for it.

Messy is welcome. I bring clarity and focus where the job feels too hard or too complex. Internal tools count. Public builds count. Budget to move matters.

Overburdened technical leads

You can see the system. You cannot carry six months of delivery alone. You need a partner who audits before automating, prototypes the hard parts, and keeps the build from eating your whole calendar.

Engineers feeling left behind

AI is rewriting the job and you want judgment, not prompt tips. See Refactor Lab when a cohort has enough demand to open.

Check the path. Prove the hard parts. Coach your people.

  1. 01

    Project Assessment

$999. We pressure-test the idea, name the unknowns, pick the first proof, and map build vs buy vs AI. You leave with a written readout you can act on.

  2. 02

    B3 Build

Two 45-minute calls per month. We audit the workflow, cut waste, then automate what should be automated. We prototype and prove quickly. Between calls I reply in under 6 hours on average, within 24 hours agreed.

  3. 03

Your team crosses the finish line

I bring judgment, prototypes, and coaching. Your staff, intern, or vendor gains the skills, owns the outcomes, and builds the compounding value. Plans and vendor briefs stay with you.

Start with a map. Keep going if the build earns the next month.

Project owners start here. Engineers feeling the AI squeeze can join a cohort when demand fills one.

  • Priority roadmap from your answers
  • First-proof recommendation
  • Build / buy / AI map
  • Honest scope: advisory coaching vs a separately quoted full build

Builds that had to work in the world.

Physical systems. Public spaces. A few projects I have been in the middle of.

More on the Work page.

I am not afraid of a messy project.

Clarity and focus first. Then a fast proof where the path is unclear. Then coaching so your staff can carry the work between calls. V1 aims for about 80%. You stress-test in the real world. Large multi-week builds get scoped separately when you need someone in the repo full-time.

B3 Build is judgment, prototypes, and staff coaching on a monthly retainer. Your team crosses the finish line with the skills and ownership to keep compounding.

I have shipped production software at Microsoft and John Deere, and I still work enterprise AI adoption by day. Nights and weekends: flag controllers, museum exhibits, ranch experiences. I sit in the gap between a promising idea and a plan your team can actually execute.

Enterprise software Production systems at Microsoft and John Deere.
Physical systems Hardware, exhibits, and ops where the code has to survive reality.
Fast proofs Prototype the hard parts early so you stop guessing.
Working style Done-with-you. Coach your staff. Keep the messy middle moving.

Build Beyond Belief is the coaching and project-concierge arm of Sagaciasoft. I help you say yes to ambitious work, then carry the technical judgment so your people can ship it.
