These terms govern your use of the Build Beyond Belief website and services, operated by Sagaciasoft LLC ("we," "us," "our").

Services

Build Beyond Belief provides AI coaching, workshops, deep dive sessions, team training, and educational content. All services are provided by Nathaniel Young through Sagaciasoft LLC.

Booking and Payments

• Free consultations are 30 minutes and carry no obligation.
• Paid sessions are confirmed upon payment. Payments are processed through Stripe.
• Prices are listed on our website and are subject to change. Any price changes do not affect sessions already booked and paid for.

Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund.
• If you are unsatisfied with a session, contact us within 7 days and we will work to make it right.

Intellectual Property

• Anything you build during a session is yours. You own it.
• The Builder's Blueprint, website content, brand materials, and course content are owned by Sagaciasoft LLC and may not be redistributed without permission.
• You may share the Builder's Blueprint PDF with others for personal, non-commercial use.

No Guarantees of Specific Outcomes

We provide coaching, tools, and guidance. Results depend on your effort, situation, and application. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, or career results.

The Progress Guarantee

Our "Progress Guarantee" means this: given a goal or idea you bring to a session, we will make real, meaningful steps toward it. This is easy to deliver when all parties are engaged and committed. If you feel we didn't make progress, contact us within 7 days and we will either provide an additional session at no charge or issue a refund for the session in question.

Conflict of Interest Disclosure

Nathaniel Young is employed full-time at a financial technology company. Build Beyond Belief operates independently of that employer. No proprietary information, trade secrets, or insider knowledge from any employer is used in coaching sessions, workshops, or content. Corporate training engagements will not include any information that could create an appearance of sharing insider information from any current or former employer.

Limitation of Liability

Sagaciasoft LLC's total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
